Who We Are

We are me (Armand) and my wife (Gillian), the dog and cat try to help sometimes but usually just get fur on everything. My wife doesn't have much biking experience but keeps me grounded. I on the other hand have been on a bike since I was 2 years old. I raced BMX bikes from 1980 to 1989 then took up duel slalom racing sometime after that, all the time fixing and building my own and friends' race bikes.  I enjoy a challenge and being told something can't be done just makes that much more fun... like putting 27" wheels on a cruiser.

Urban Menace bikes is proud to present the all new UM BMX race team!!!!! Yay! The team consists of three brothers Ryan, Luke and Adam of Maple Ridge.

The team has grown in 2011, it now consists of myself, Austin Taylor, Ethan Kreuzkamp, Erin Kinnie and Ray Ong !
